ELEVATION CYCLES COVID-19 ACTION PLAN
TO KEEP EVERYONE SAFE AND CONTINUE TO SERVE

Elevation Cycles loves the communities we serve, cycling may be one of the few physical and mental outlets available for the moment. Our first priority is to keep our customers and our team healthy, if we can’t stay open safely…we can’t stay open and continue to serve the community. Please be patient with us as we manage important ongoing safety tasks which will affect our speed of service! We are pursuing hygiene best practices while still offering a reasonable level of expediency!

You can shop on our here on our site, call with questions and we can notify you when the order is ready for pickup to reduce in store interactions. Currently we are set up for Click and Collect with in store payment or you may pay over the phone on orders under $1,000.  We are setting up Pay Online as well so we can do a quick curbside delivery if desired.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
We will maintain a Maximum Occupancy in store of 10 people (8 in Downtown Store) including our staff per CDC guidelines. There are times the doors may be locked to manage this. Please wait outside and keep your distance from other guests. One of our team will step outside shortly to review your needs and either help by gathering the items you need or discuss solutions until we have capacity in the store. We apologize this will slow service but we will do our best to be responsive. 

SOCIAL DISTANCE
We need your and our team’s help to maintain a Social Distance of 6 Feet at all times. Please help by maintaining your distance. 

SOCIAL VISITS AND ACCOMPANYING GUESTS
We love interacting with our communities, however in these extraordinary times we do need to ask for your help to shop with purpose. We love kids but need your help to limit physical contact with people and products in the store….we know this is Super Hard!!! If possible please request your accompanying guests wait in the car or go for short walk on the bike path while you shop. Also, we want to get our customers the items they need but request to minimize social visits until this passes!  

SHOPPING PROCESS
Touch is an importance sense, but we just can’t keep up with the cleaning needed. Unfortunately, we need to ask not to try on Helmets/Shoes/Gloves and also limit contact with products without assistance. Most products have a 30day Comfort Guarantee, so we will need to depend on your real world testing but happy to exchange wherever needed!!! 

SERVICE WORK
Our service department is open and we are doing our best to maintain service turn around times. You may complete payment over the phone and then call on arrival and we can deliver the bike curbside if desired. 


CLEANING
We are cleaning all contact surfaces on an hourly basis: Sales and Service Counters, Credit Card Machines, Keyboard/Mouse, Phones, Doors and Bathroom. We are also cleaning bikes for test rides and service work. We also ask you and the team to WASH HANDS OFTEN AND DON’T TOUCH THE FACE!!!!  

HOURS
We are doing our best to maintain our regular hours. If we do make any changes, they will be posted to our Website Location and Google Pages. Fitting Services: We have to postpone fitting services at the moment as the there is no way to provide quality service without close contact. 

RIDE SAFE!!!
Italy and Spain no longer allow bicycle riding because they do not have room for injuries in the hospitals. So many people are riding right now as their only outlet and if too many of us end up in the emergency room we may face the same destiny!
